Today, material achievements are at the peak of human capabilities, but mankind has no happiness. And that’s why the idea of integral, harmonious development is attracting more and more people. But only rare teachers know its power. Those who have met such teachers are happy with their chosen path of development, which provides amazing fulfillment. Deep down, everyone wants to live in a world where happiness resides. And many parents want to find that knowledge, which they could pass on to their heirs from a young age, so that their children would be happier than we are.

Searching for a Teacher

There are excellent educators, scientists who have come close to guiding humanity toward a change in worldview. Here are two examples of scientists who have done much to make this happen. But this result also still needs to be continued.

Renowned educator Shalva Amonashvili teaches how to see in a little student a personality, teaches careful choice of words, as they can give power to both good and evil.

The famous psychologist Viktor Frankl discovered the power in working with words and helped many people in concentration camps to enter their inner world and draw strength there, to literally live, intensely including all sensors, living attunement to a successful future, to leave sad everyday life for the world of active inner life. This switch saved many lives: the inner work of the soul proved to be a developing basis for one to become happier. After the war, Frankl passed this technique on to students in his lectures.

Learning from Nature

Ordinary teaching of subjects gives only informative knowledge, and in very few cases can bring a person close to finding the next level of development. It takes a lot of effort.

One is not satiated by material goods, money, knowledge, and fame alone, even if one has more of these goods than one needs. After all, he can’t eat two cakes, five steaks, drive five cars at once. Someone infinitely believes that adding more money to the available billion will necessarily bring happiness. Experience shows that nothing changes as one wants more and more. The desire to fill yourself up is right, but the material part of life alone will not do the job. It’s like walking on one leg.

Nature shows us harmony in all its manifestations. Flora and fauna are interconnected and complement each other. Why doesn’t man take her as an example and learn how to interact with her? Why not incorporate the intelligence of the heart, develop sensitivity to the world?

One needs a teacher for this purpose! To rise to a new level of development, a person cannot learn new knowledge without a teacher. This, too, is science, but not material, but a very subtle matter that cannot be touched. It can be felt by developing a new quality of worldview. Just as in a regular school there is the first grade and there is the university, so in integrative learning there are levels of development. To make this school a state program, we can do something today. To do this, it’s important to start with the simplest thing: WANTING.

It’s not magic, no. It is necessary to change your perception of the world. That is, to want to develop, to combine the material world and the spiritual world. Our willingness to change will affect the world around us.

The Hundred Monkey Effect

The “hundred-monkey effect” is known: on one island the monkeys learned how to wash yams, and then this skill was somehow transmitted to all the islands. This is an example of how all of nature is one organism. That’s the secret! If a critical mass of people changes, the whole world changes.

So if a small group gets together and forms a society of those who want to save people from the madness into which the whole world is sliding, it will help the rest of humanity.

These brave people, who will come together in one desire to live in a world of goodness, will, with their consciousness of caring, evoke the same feeling in others. That is, the “hundredth monkey effect” or the butterfly effect will work!

Integral peace is a state of unconditional love, where people strive to develop by helping others to do so as well. Then a happy world is attainable.

We have no way out, we have lived for thousands of years under the same rigid principle – divide and conquer! That is, we live in wars and conflicts. We should stop this practice. Once to change the rules of the game from separation to unity, to connection of hearts, to mutual understanding, to caring for each other.

We have in us a complex, not yet fully understood program that suggests perfection; we should uncover it in ourselves. Nature will surely hear us and include our common, kind requests in the realization.
