On the border of war and peace

Everyone knows there’s a war in Israel. My town of Sderot is on the border with the Gaza Strip. I had the option to evacuate, but I stayed, not because I’m not afraid, but it’s just hard to collect myself and the cat. I’m sitting in a bomb shelter, ie. in another attached room with armored walls.

Suddenly I found a family of a large group of soldiers who went around every house, checking every bush, every corner looking for terrorists who had broken through.

A few days ago, I listened for a long time to reports of the brutal killings, the grief these subhumans have caused the residents, many young people who came from other countries. Terrorists shot and kidnapped young guys and gals who had gathered for a peace festival. Paradox! It was very hard, hearing about what happened, I cried and went out into the yard to calm down.

Our soldiers were passing by and asked me how I was doing alone? When they saw me in tears, one of them hugged me and told me not to watch those horrors. He looked me in the eye, conveyed such sympathy, such support, such strength – he has such an extraordinary family skill in giving care! Then told me they had a lot of groceries and to feel free or they’d have to throw a lot of stuff away, and went grocery shopping. They carried a lot of stuff on a cart, and the guy took bottled water and canned goods straight to the bomb shelter. It was hard to part, they are grandchildren for me in age, and what adults, caring, relatives!

Reflecting on life and the path to peace. Today we stand on the threshold of an important discovery – the meaning of the presence of Nature’s life force. This force, invisible and all-pervasive, embodies harmony, unity and infinite wisdom. Recognizing its presence requires our active attention and understanding. We are invited on this path – a path of consciousness development that will enhance our connection to this incredible power.

All of our life within and around us is nature. We are part of it, condensed and animate. Our body is the manifestation of this nature, the repository of its wisdom. Realizing this connection, this harmony, allows you to connect mind and body, to experience unity.

There is no good, there is no bad – everything is an illusion. These thoughts invite one to delve into the depths of one’s own consciousness, on the path of realizing oneness with nature and the world. It is as if a new dimension opens up, where all evaluations and judgments dissolve into an ocean of infinite reality.

We live in a world where love and conflict are the driving forces. Our feelings and thoughts are manifestations of nature. Our choices are decisions about what energy we will channel into our emotions and actions. By realizing the nature of this connection, we can influence the course of events, our own condition.

And so, the inner world overflows with emotion, a sense of boundless consciousness. In this reality, we realize that we are part of a shared family and can be sensitive to the power of connection and inspire others by our example.

And we are back to the beginning, back to the illusion of good and bad. Everything around us, everything that happens, is part of the same living nature. Everything is interconnected, everything depends on us. We are called to be united as a family, to extend that connection, care and support at all levels. We can master this by training ourselves to understand and habituate ourselves to positive consciousness, to harmony with Nature.

Times of adversity seem overwhelming to us. But it is in such moments that we meet real people, those who bring care and support. We see them as our brothers, our family, and in that unity we find the strength to move forward. The world is transformed and the invisible connection between all living beings becomes more tangible.

  1. It is those who face such evil horror, the depravity that humans are capable of rationalizing, and overcome such a reality beyond any nightmare, that have a power of realization and clarity that few of us can match. From the depth is offered a vision of the heights and the ladder to get there. The courage and modesty of Ms. Erenshtein is only surpassed by her wisdom.
