How can we influence our mind to improve our perception of reality? How do you achieve positive thoughts that will lead to a happy life?

A man froze to death in a refrigerated wagon. This case has been scientifically documented in Sweden. The electrician was repairing a refrigerated car at the company, twisting some wires until the evening. And the watchman, who was closing the plant, closed the wagon for the night as well, not noticing this worker there.

The electrician realized that he would not survive the night as he would freeze from the cold. He knocked and shouted, but all attempts had no result. At night the family became worried and the search began. Finally, by morning they opened the plant, then the wagon, and found a man so frozen that the medical needle would not go into the body. What’s the point of this sensational story?

The sensation was that the refrigerated car was de-energized all night, the car was at plus temperature. So who froze the man? Experts, psychologists, scientists worked – and established a scientific fact: his own mind froze him.

To die, sometimes it is enough to believe that you are sick. Thoughts take shape. Most people think more about what they don’t want than what they would like. Unknowingly, we can pick up similar irrational fears from others, sometimes with dire consequences.

Where do negative thoughts come from?

These days it has become apparent that dangerous suggestion easily spreads through the environment. People have always been afraid of something. Sometimes fear helped to survive. Sometimes it got in the way of moving forward. The struggle for survival, life in anticipation of danger, is imprinted in the genetic memory of our ancestors. In our spiritual memory, we are left with the attitude to look for the negative in everything. This information sits deep in the subcortex of the brain and destroys our lives.

Being influenced by our environment, we think about what others dictate to us, we want what they make us want, that is, there is nothing in us free from the influence of society. Like the rest of the environment, one worries about oneself, one’s family, one’s relatives, one’s future, but the main fear is the fear of death.

The feeling of fear has such a strong power over a person that it can either become an engine for his development or, on the contrary, paralyze him on the way to achieving any goal.

Fears are unfulfilled needs in our desires. Desire is what we lack. The man does not know who or what he is. If a person tries to examine himself, then he will discover that all of his thoughts and desires come from unknown places. If we live only according to the desire to receive for our own sake, we will have failures and strikes upon us.

The mind helps us get out from under the blows by trying to find out the causes of problems. As one goes through a series of troubles, one begins to wonder about the meaning of life. The mind begins to teach us that we should not go along with our selfish desires – this will only make it worse. And then with our minds we begin to reflect on our place in life and to look for a way to achieve well-being. The more a person wants, the more important things, the more his mind develops. And the mind evolves alongside it to achieve what it wants. The mind helps you figure out more quickly what needs to be done with the desire.

Man can selfishly desire and do things that lead him into disharmony with nature. Therefore, in order to become a harmonious person, one must change the selfish desire into an altruistic desire. This means that people need to strike a balance in their relationships with each other because they are part of nature.

Man is a small world, and all the elements are included in it. If you take our body, for example, it is designed so that all the organs of our body are interconnected for the good of the whole body. A balanced body will overcome any ailment. This is how the nature of our world works, where each of us is part of one common system. If someone goes wrong somewhere, it affects everyone.

Sometimes we don’t seem to be afraid of anything, we feel safe in the present and the future. It suggests that we temporarily feel the filling of our desires. And sometimes we feel empty and insecure, without finding an excuse, that is, for no reason at all. This condition can reach such proportions that a person becomes ill with various fears – phobias.

To get rid of fear, a person tries not to think about it, for which he finds various things to do to fill himself. But it is impossible to get rid of fear; we can only learn to use fears so that they become an engine for our development.

If we don’t work with our desires to get for ourselves, we will forever remain slaves to our own selfish desires. Our life of constant expectation of losing what we already have prevails over the fear of gaining something new.

We need to raise the bar like athletes do-increasing the workload in order to achieve new results; and we need the effort to move forward. Since we live in a common system in which we are interconnected, we need to adapt in relation to that system, to understand that it is governed by nature, which will lead us to balance, to help us become as balanced as it is. In this, we are helped by an environment of like-minded people who strive for the common goal of being in harmony with nature. Then our desires will change from negative to positive, and life will begin to change.

The French writer Victor Hugo said: The height of feeling is in direct correlation with the depth of thought. Heart and Mind two final balances. Lower your mind to the depths of knowledge you will lift your heart to heaven.
