What the mind doesn’t do, time does

Experience teaches us best, but that takes time.

Evolution is a long process. Is there a way to speed up the process of human development?

It is known that the virus comes more often to one in whom the body is weakened; but he who is interested in the laws of interaction of all the organs of the body quickly recovers.

There’s also a virus of conflict, of problems. There are times when one misfortune rushes after another, and they step in step. What to do when an avalanche of such worldly viruses rolls in?

Integral knowledge, at first glance, offers a simple thing, but within it lies the depth of accumulated spiritual knowledge. As soon as you feel unpleasantness, negativity, anger, do not hesitate, immediately turn on kindness, ask for forgiveness, watch yourself. Tuning into kindness aligns the consciousness. The value of switching is that there is a giving of attention and care to another person. After all, we do not know how much we owe the universe in fulfilling the commandment to “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Experience teaches us best, but that takes time. And we do not immediately realize that our stubborn principle is a tool that fate uses to teach us: more important and above everything is a human being. The law of physics “like attracts like” also speaks about the same – when it is obvious that two stubborn truth-tellers will enter the conflict, and, as in the proverb: “They will pour out the water with the child”; and two good people will build a path to common understanding, preserving the truth.

By controlling his state, a person practices unity with his inner world, manifesting the desire, intention to realize himself, which is the most necessary, active action for the development of reasonableness. In this way a person accelerates brain development, builds new neural connections, develops a new style of thinking, behavior, and communication. Develops the ability to listen and hear the inner world not only of oneself but also of others.

Being one with one’s inner world, expands the usual possibilities of our perceptual organs: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. In this fusion of external and internal instruments of perception of the world, lies the infinite depth of the possibilities of the human mind, the breadth of the science of unity.
