Tesla CEO and SpaceX founder Ilon Musk unveiled Neuralink, a startup that works to connect the human brain to artificial intelligence. Neuralink technology will allow devices to be implanted in paralyzed people so that they can control computers or phones. The first human experiments are expected to be conducted by the end of 2020.
